Located in the heart of Austin this community is family-friendly, artsy, and has a mix of both commercial and residential properties. Zilker Park is home to the famous Austin City Limits Festival and the iconic Barton Springs. During most of the year, you can catch people kayaking or paddle boarding on the water. The water at the spring feed pool is so clear you can see through it.
If you enjoy shopping in unique boutiques, you will want to head over towards South Congress or SoCo as the locals call it. In this part of town, the boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops all have a local flare which adds to the charm of Bouldin Creek.

You can’t get much closer to downtown Austin whiteout living there. Bouldin Creek is less than two miles away from downtown. If you need to travel to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, you can generally get there in 10-12 minutes and 12-20 minutes during rush hour. If you commute to North Austin, you can expect a typical commute of 15-20 minutes and 20-40 minutes during rush hour.
The schools in Bouldin Creek are a part of the Austin Independent School District. Younger students might attend Travis Heights Elementary School or Becker Elementary School. Older students might attend Fulmore Middle School and Travis High School.
